Not satisfied with the ordered webshop item? You have the option to return the item within 30 days of receipt. Follow the steps below.

After registering the return, you will receive a DHL return label from our aftersales department.

Packaging

Pack the items in their original condition and packaging into the box.
Attach the return label visibly on the box.

Shipping

Keep the shipping receipt safe.

Refund

When will we issue the refund?

If the return and/or warranty conditions are met, we will refund the costs you incurred (purchase price and original shipping costs) within 14 days after your cancellation.
