You recognize the Lovens Explorer frame from miles away. Thanks to the innovative Monocasting technology, it’s cast in one piece — with no visible welds. The result: a clean, iconic look and unmatched strength. In our own factory, every frame is tested under the strictest safety standards, so you can hit the road with total confidence.

The box has been completely upgraded: more space (193 litres), warm ambient lighting and even more comfortable seats with neck supports. Think a stitched leather-look bench and optional seat heating. Front fork suspension
The suspension fork of the Lovens Explorer ensures stable driving by optimizing the contact between the tire and the road. The suspension and damping compensate for the irregularities of the road. This way you can comfortably ride over bumps or holes in the road during your cycling route.
EPP box with cage construction
The stylish EPP box is made of safe material. The box is specially designed to protect valuable cargo. The aluminum tube around the box of the Lovens Explorer forms an extremely safe cage construction. The material is light to transport, but can carry up to 100 kilos.
Anti-lock bracking system
Good brakes are important because the electric motor can drive the cargo bike with a lot of power. The Lovens Explorer is therefore equipped with powerful hydraulic disc brakes and optional ABS. The anti-lock braking system ensures a shorter braking distance, just like in a car. Together they help you brake powerfully and safely.
LED daytime running lights
Complete the stylish design of the Lovens Explorer. This striking accessory ensures that you stand out during your ride. This not only makes you clearly visible to other road users, it also gives an indispensably stylish appearance.
Belt Drive
The Lovens Explorer has a strong and silent belt instead of a traditional link chain. This belt drive made of carbon does not have to be regularly lubricated and replaced, like with a chain. This makes it last much longer.
Cable steering
Despite the size of the Lovens Explorer cargo bike, you can still make short turning circles with the help of the cable steering. This way you can maneuver smoothly between narrow streets or alleys. Even when your container is fully loaded. Not only very convenient, but it also makes your ride even more comfortable.
Bosch smart system with Kiox display
The Lovens Explorer is equipped with innovative technology such as the Bosch smart system. a suite of intelligent functions to make every ride smoother and more secure. The Kiox 300 color display is removable and has navigation options.

Latest Bosch motors
The Lovens Explorer is powered by the latest generation of Bosch motors, developed for the highest class of cargo bikes. These mid-drive motors are stronger, quieter and lighter than ever. The Explorer S75 features the Bosch Performance Line motor with 75 Nm torque — smooth, efficient and perfect for daily rides. The Explorer S100 goes further with the Bosch Cargo Line motor delivering 100 Nm torque, offering maximum support for heavy loads or hilly terrain.
Extra security and anti-theft
The Explorer offers smart protection with integrated security solutions. With eBike Lock, your smartphone becomes your digital key — once you power off the bike, the motor automatically locks. Battery Lock goes a step further by securing the battery itself. And with the ABUS- developed anti-theft lock designed exclusively for Lovens, your bike gets extra protection, fully integrated into the sleek frame. Multiple GPS modules are also available, so you can always track your bike in case of loss or theft.
