The Lovens Explorer ABS is winner of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2024!
Beverwijk, 28 February 2024 – Lovens is winner of this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD, the world-renowned design prize. The winning product, the Lovens Explorer with ABS won in the Product discipline, in the Bicycles category. With the ABS innovation, Lovens adds another important element to the electric cargo bike to make it even safer. The Anti-Lock Braking system shortens the braking distance and prevents the risk of skidding.
The Lovens electric cargo bike with ABS won over the 132-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, with its perfect combination of safety, style, and comfort. The competition was intense: almost 11,000 entries were submitted from 72 countries in hopes of receiving the award.
Earlier, in 2022, the Lovens Explorer also won an iF DESIGN AWARD. The combination of LED daytime running lights, EPP box with cage construction, front suspension, cable steering, a belt drive and Bosch system make the Lovens Explorer cargo bike unique in the market.
